Basils Café Current opening hours: 

Regular Business Hours 

Monday – Tuesday: Closed.

Wednesday and Thursday: 9 am – 3 pm.

  • 8am-11am.Coffee, cakes and breakfast rolls.
  • Lunch from 12pm. Full Café menu available.
  • “Locals” special – Main meal from the specials board or main meal and a glass of wine for $30. Coffee & Cake for $10.

Friday: 9 am – 5 pm.

  • 8am-11am.Coffee, cakes and breakfast rolls.
  • Lunch from 12pm-4pm. Full Café menu available.

Saturday and Sunday: 8 am – 5 pm.

Summer Extended Hours

Please note we will be CLOSED on Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th and Monday 25th December. We open again on Boxing day Tuesday 26th December from 12 noon – 5 pm. 

Extended Summer Hours – Saturdays: 6th Jan to 27th January.
Main meals will be served until 5 pm and antipasto and cheese platters will be served until 6 pm. Basils will also have an outside bar and the Café will be open for drinks until 7 pm.

Extended Summer Hours – Sundays: 7th to 28th January.
Mains served until 5 pm and we will be operating an outside bar. The Café will also be open for drinks until 7 pm.

Twilight Dinners on Friday 12th, 19th and 26th January. 5.30 pm – 9 pm.
Dinner served from 6 pm – 8.30pm. Bookings essential. See our EVENTS page for further details. 

Mid Week Breakfast Menu
From 27th January we will also be offering a light breakfast menu during weekdays (full menu is still available on the weekends). Monday to Friday – 8 am to 11 am, a limited menu including: Housemade Granola, Egg and Bacon rolls and Smoked Salmon and eggs Florentine.

OPEN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: 12 noon to 5 pm.
Please note: A 15% Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays.

At Basils Farm we LOVE to keep things fresh – using eggs from our chooks, ‘just picked’ seasonal produce from our garden and partnering with great local producers and suppliers to complement the growing season. (Please note, our menu changes monthly).
