2015 Basils Farm Pinot Noir
Hand picked, made naturally by wild fermenting then matured for 12 months in select French oak.
No fining and minimum sulphur addition prior to bottling. The colour is bright garnet/ruby.
Tasting: Rich varietal fruit notes – red plum and black cherry with spice overlays.
The fruit is rich and forward with lingering satisfying length. The low yielding, naturally cared
for vines produce wines with rounded tannins and a clean soft acid finish.
