2015 Basils Farm Chardonnay
Hand picked, made naturally by wild fermenting in oak then matured for
4 months in select French oak with minimal intervention and no artificial additions. The colour straw/green. Aromas of white nectarine, peach, fig and this year cumquat and citrus zest with orange flower and spice overtones. Textural layers delight with a wonderful silky finish.
