2016 Kiltynane Chardonnay
Our maritime climate tempers maximum and minimum temperatures.
A gentle east facing block and EW rows also moderates temperatures
and helps with texture and structure in the wine. Wild bunch pressed
into barrel and wild fermented in oak. 12 months maturation in select
French oak. The colour is pale gold/straw. Aromas of honeysuckle, fig
and stone fruit introduce the long creamy palate. Flavours include white
peach, a hint of granny smith apple, lemon cream and citrus.
