Hand picked, made naturally by wild fermenting in oak
then matured for 4 months in select French oak with
minimal intervention and no artificial additions.
The colour straw/green. A fresh, crisp Chardonnay
presenting melon, white fig, granny smith apple characters
with lemon zest on the finish.
