2016 Basils Farm Pinot Noir
Hand picked, made naturally by wild fermenting
then matured for 12 months in select French oak.
The 2016 vintage is a more light bodied style with
varietal flavours of raspberries, dark fruits and
rhubarb. The low yielding, naturally cared for vines
produce wines with rounded tannins, opening with
a slightly dry finish and a clean, light acid finish.
