2016 Basils Farm Rosé
Colours of ruby and notes of white pepper, green olive,
strawberry, cherry and peach skin – definitely on the funky side.
Rosé made from shiraz tends to be more on the bolder end
of the spectrum for Rosé and is best served slightly warmer
than fridge temperatures. A wine that goes surprisingly well
with salami pizza or a bowl of Mexican chilli.
