2017 Basils Farm Pinot Noir
Hand picked, made naturally by wild fermenting
then matured for 12 months in select French oak.
The 2017 vintage is clear and bright, a light garnet colour.
The nose is varietal Pinot Noir showing fresh red berries
with earth and a hint of spice. The palate is of mid-weight
with tight flavours of red and black berries and spice.
The wine finishes long with fine tannins and soft acid
in support. Enjoy now, or will reward some years in the cellar.
