Sommelier Phillippe Viet returns from France for a wine and food matching experience on Saturday July 30th.
Philippe is currently completing his Masters of Wine and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in food and wine pairing. Enjoy a guided wine tasting showcasing the Basils Farm NEW RELEASE wines including: Kiltynane 2014 Pinot Noir, Basils Farm 2014 Pinot Noir and Basils Farm 2015 Shiraz.
