    The fruit was handpicked and sorted in the cool of the morning.  Fermentation was in new and seasoned French oak barriques using indigenous wild yeasts.  Matured in large format oak until its November bottling, this wine has been made with minimal intervention in the winery.The wine is clear and bright, a light garnet colour. The nose is varietal Pinot Noir with subtle earthy notes. The palate brings forest fruits, sour cherry and soft acid leading to a finish with pleasing length. Enjoy now or will reward some years in the cellar.

    Bellarine Pinot Noir fruit with a splash of Viognier, handpicked and sorted in the cool of the morning. Indigenous wild yeasts in the winery gave us a cold fermentation in stainless steel, the wine then matured until its August bottling. This wine has been made with minimal intervention.The wine is clear and bright, salmon in colour. The nose shows earthy and zesty notes. The palate brings flavours of sour cherry and blood orange leading to a soft acid finish. Enjoy now!

    Handpicked fruit, fermented in small, open fermenters using indigenous wild yeasts.  Matured in both new and used French oak, this wine has been made with minimal intervention in the winery.The nose is of fleshy plums with allspice and pepper reflecting its cool climate origins.  A mid-weight palate with low alcohol shows ripe plums, spicy zest and fine tannins.  A lovely mouthfeel leads to a lingering finish.  Enjoy now or the wine will reward with some years in the cellar.

    Our maritime climate tempers maximum and minimum temperatures. A gentle east facing block and EW rows also moderates temperatures and helps with texture and structure in the wine. Wild bunch pressed into barrel and wild fermented in oak. 12 months maturation in select French oak. The colour is pale gold/straw. Aromas of honeysuckle, fig and stone fruit introduce the long creamy palate. Flavours include white peach, a hint of granny smith apple, lemon cream and citrus. Cellar to 12 years.
