It’s easy to spot the curving pathway to cellar door at Basils Farm. With a view of the ‘Olive Block’ vineyards containing 6 varieties of Pinot Noir you really get the feeling that you’re in the midst of something special.
Upon entering Cellar Door you will discover our produce table with seasonal raw honey harvested onsite, plus pickles, chutneys and jams from Basils Café.
Minimal intervention starts in the vineyard and is continued into the winemaking process. Ray Nadeson of Lethbridge Wines in the Moorabool Valley, is the winemaker of the Basils Farm range of wines and is guided by the wineries artisan winemaking principles. The Basils Farm range of wines includes: Prosecco, Rosé, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Shiraz.
Enjoy tastings inside the Cellar Door or outside overlooking the vineyards, in a rustic setting, under the giant cypress trees. Our outdoor Cellar Door area provides the perfect place to catch up with friends for a drink, wine tasting or for your next celebration. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine and an antipasto or cheese platter overlooking vineyard.
