2017 Reserve Chardonnay
Aromas of melon, honeysuckle, fig and stone fruit introduce the long creamy palate. Flavours of white peach, a hint of granny smith apple, lemon cream and citrus. Full natural malolactic fermentation and maturation on lees gives it incredible length and fullness on the palate while fine, soft acid gives a pleasant refreshing finish.
Whole bunch pressed for wild fermentation in barrel. 14 months maturation (35% new oak) in select custom French oak. 13% Alc Vol.
